Our Vision

A world where every athlete has access to safe, structured opportunities to grow in combat sports — from grassroots to professional levels — while developing discipline, confidence, and lifelong success.

Our Story

Born to Win began as Born to Win Combat Sport Competition, a grassroots movement to give athletes a place to test their skills without knockouts, exploitation, or unsafe environments. From humble beginnings in small venues, the Competition quickly gained recognition across California, the U.S., and abroad — proving that a technical, controlled-contact system could transform how combat sports are practiced and experienced.

As the movement grew, so did the vision. To expand globally and to open the doors to education, scholarships, and community programs, Born to Win Combat Sport Competition gave rise to Born to Win Athlete Development Pathway, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that now powers the next stage of growth.

Today:

• Born to Win Combat Sport Competition remains the corporate foundation, producing events, rankings, and athlete opportunities.

• Born to Win Athlete Development Pathway, Inc. ensures those opportunities are sustainable, recognized, and supported by donors, grants, and community partnerships.

From small venues to international stages — Born to Win is more than competition. It is a pathway, a community, and a movement.

Born to Win Combat Sport Competition & Born to Win Athlete Development Pathway, Inc. operate as one unified system raising the standard of combat sports worldwide. United by a single purpose, we provide athletes and coaches with safe, structured, and purposeful opportunities to learn, compete, and grow.

Born to Win Athlete Development Pathway, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on building the foundation of that mission. Through education, resources, scholarships, and community support, we create safe environments, expand access to opportunities, and design clear progression systems that help athletes develop at every stage of their journey.

Born to Win Combat Sport Competition brings that mission to life through professionally organized, controlled-contact events that prioritize skill, safety, and technical growth. Our competitions give athletes the chance to gain real experience, showcase their abilities, and advance through a structured pathway designed for long-term development and success.
